Many thanks for attending our Exit Strategy – IPO vs M&A Forum.

The event was enjoyed by all those who attended on the day; commenting on how they welcomed the opportunity to meet in an informal & independent forum and learn about the pros and cons of exiting via an IPO or M&A and highlighting the key points for consideration for business owners when considering an IPO vs M&A

Special thanks to the British Embassy Manila, our guest speaker Mr Gary Cheng at Fortman Cline Capital Markets and our sponsors Crowe Clark Whitehill and Reed Smith; without their support, this event would not have been possible.

We look forward to seeing you again soon!
